New Breeding Announcement!

I'm pleased to announce that after a long hiatus from breeding, I have a pairing that meets me stringent demands. I plan to breed Jule Vom Buchenberg next spring using the frozen semen I imported from Germany from Treff Von Der Innleit'n.

Jule is a German import and she along with the majority of her siblings have done exceptionally well in their hunting examinations. She is a beautiful bitch with very good conformation, an excellent coat and her hips are rated in the top 10% for our breed by PennHIP.

I saw Treff a couple of years ago and was very impressed with both his looks and temperament. Treff was rated Excellent in both form and coat. His hunting scores and hips are great.

I would anticipate this paring to produce very good looking dogs that are cooperative, have excellent hunting skills with great hips.

Sales Agreement, Purchasing a Puppy, Guarantee

Even though we only breed to the best and healthy dogs, mother nature also has a say so on how the puppies turn out.  Therefore, we offer the following guarantee...

If one of our puppies should happen to develop a heritable disease during the first 6 years, that renders it physically unable to function as a hunting companion or prevent it from being a breedable animal, we will refund 100% of your net purchase price (purchase price minus any WK Supporting Owner Program payments).  In order to receive a refund, you will be required to provide written statement from a Vet documenting the animals condition, have the animal neutered and inform the SMCNA of the dog's health issues.

Breeding Update!!!

First the good news...

I'm pleased to report that on Oct. 10, 2009 I passed the final exam to become the first VDH-certified Confirmation Judge for Small Munsterlanders in the USA. The process required six trips to Germany, all of the training material to be translated into English and a ton of support by serveral officers in the German KIM Club.

Now the bad news...

Julie came into season while we were in Germany and it was too late to breed her by the time we got home. I still plan to breed her however, it will be some time in the spring of 2010.
